- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 29 days before course start: % refund

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

Normalerweise startet das Programm auf die Pick-up-Ankünfte, die enthalten ist.
Der Student ist verpflichtet, die Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt von der Schule und/oder dem Gast-Familie oder Appartement-Eigentümer Regeln.
Nur eine Kündigung per E-mail von einem Schüler wird als Stornierung akzeptiert.
Der Teilnehmer ist dafür verantwortlich, dass die richtigen Dokumente und Versicherung.
Die Schüler, die Probleme auf eine Art und Weise verursacht, die eine ordnungsgemäße Fortsetzung des Kurses stark beeinflusst kann weitere Fortsetzung ausgeschlossen werden
