Our Business English courses are designed for those who want to use English language for professional purposes, either to increase their chances to get a job in an English speaking environment or to improve their presentation and International Business skills. As a student at the Burlington School of English, you will enjoy practicing the language while being surrounded by teachers with experience in the terminology, grammar, dialogue and language usage relating to these business fields. They will give you all the necessary tools to help you improve your Business English language skills in the topics that you chose, so do not hesitate to ask if anything seems unclear to you, either inside or outside your class!
London is also the best location to improve your Business English skills with all the financial institutions that are present in London and the business atmosphere that it offers. So as a professional, you will increase your language skills while potentially building new relationships and networks of other professionals in London from different fields.
We offer Business English courses in specific commercial subject areas; General Business English, Tourism Industry English, Marketing English, General Office English and Import & Export English. Each one of these courses combines fifteen lessons of General English (GE15) - either in the morning or early afternoon depending on your preference - with 5 lessons of specialist one-to-one or tuition per week in these business topics.

If your company is sending you with a group of colleagues as a small group of business professionals, you might like to consider special closed mini sessions of a week or more. These sessions typically involve 3 or more students who share an interest in a particular topic or language skill requirement.
