Our Working Life course facilitates those soft skills required to develop and move on in your career. This course is available every first Monday of the month between January 8th and June 4th 2018. One week only, includes a visit to a local business. Minimum English level required: B1. Building on the General English course you will have additional lessons focussing on IELTS Academic (suitable for students wishing to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level or seeking professional registration) or IELTS General (suitable for students wishing to move to an English-speaking country or wishing to train at below degree level) preparation. You will learn strategies necessary for the exam, become acquainted with the structure of all four areas of the exam (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking) and broaden your academic vocabulary. Results are reported as band scores, on a scale from 1 (the lowest) to 9 (the highest). We all learn in different ways, however, for broad reference, IELTS band score increases on average for our students by 1.5 over a 4 week course. You will have IELTS practice tests, additional study materials and homework assignments. Weekly personalised tutorials are included in the course to provide feedback on your learning experience and to assist your progress towards the IELTS score you need. - Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 1 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 85 GBP Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Wie buche ich einen Spachkurs / Unterkunft?

Über uns zu buchen ist sehr einfach. Du musst lediglich auf den Link der Schule, die dich interessiet, gehen. Dann unter "Spachkurs" in dem Feld START das Datum auswählen, ab wann du den Kurs besuchen möchtest. Danach musst du nur noch angeben, wie viele Wochen du an dem Kurs teilnehmen möchtest.

Anschließend wählst du den Kurs, den du möchtest, aus. Du kannst auch weiteren zusätzlichen Service, wie z.B. eine Unterkunft oder Flughafentransfer dazu wählen. Wenn du einen zusätzlichen Service hinzufügen möchtest, dann schaue weiter unten auf der Seite unter "Unterkunft". Dort wählst du dann den Untekunftstyp aus, den du möchtest (Hier musst du keine Datum auswählen, wenn es dieselben sind, wie bei dem Spachkurs - sie werden automatisch hinzugefügt).
Nach der Option Unterkunft, wirst du die Option "TRANSFER" finden. Diese Alternative ermöglicht dir einen Transfer zu buchen, der dich vom Flughafen abholt und dich bis zu deinem Aufenthaltsort oder Gastfamilie bringt.

Wenn du all diese Optionen ausgewählt hast, wirst du an der rechten Seite eine Zusammenfassung deiner Reservierung mit allen Informationen über den Kurs und die Unterkunft, sowie den Preisen finden. Außerdem wird dort auch die zuzahlende Anzahlung dargestellt. Jetzt musst du nur noch auf den orangenen Button "JETZT BUCHEN" klicken und es wird sich eine weitere Seite öffnen, auf der du deine persönlichen Daten eingeben musst. Wenn du gebucht hast, musst du nur noch die kleine Anzahlung leisten. Danach werden wir die Schule kontaktieren und deine Buchung anfragen. Sobald dir die Schule deine Buchung bestätigt, hast du deinen Platz sicher. Dasselbe gilt für die Buchung der Unterkunft. Du kannst entweder mit Kreditkarte, Paypalkonto oder Überweisung bezahlen, so wie du es vorziehst. Die Anzahlung, die du bezahlt hast, wird von der Gesamtsumme abgezogen. Der Restbetrag muss dann bis 15 Tage vor Kursbeginn bezahlt werden. Wann fangen die Kurse an?
Die Starttermine der intensiven und der Standart-Sprachkurse sind in der Regel flexibel. Wenn Du einige Grundkenntisse der Sprache hast, kannst Du bei fast jeder Schule jeden Montag des Jahres anfangen. Wenn Du ein absoluter Anfänger bist, beginnen die Kurse einmal oder zweimal im Monat. Du solltest beachten, dass die Sprachschulen im Juli und August mehr Sprachschüler haben als in einer anderen Zeit des Jahres. Das bedeutet, das während dieser Zeit die Kursgebühren, die Unterkunftspreise und die allgemeine Entwicklung der Lebensunterhaltskosten teurer sind.

Wenn Du im Juli oder im August einen Kurs buchen möchtest, solltest Du dieses früh tun. Die Schulen haben begrenzte Plätze und sind in der Hauptsaison gut gebucht. Die Chance, Deine ausgewählte Unterkunft zu bekommen ist auch größer. Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Schule zu bekommen, ist im Sommer schwierig. Sprachkurse in der Nebensaison (September bis Juni) sind nicht nur preiswerter, sondern haben meist auch kleinere Klassen.
