Consider this... studying Italian in Italy... and taking tennis- or padel lessons with professional coaches everyday! Yes that's right, we offer you the chance to do both, right in the heart of the Italian Riviera! You have the “OMNILINGUA Standard Course,” with 4 hours of Italian group lessons, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 12:40pm (20 hours per week), and an additional 1 lesson of tennis or padel every afternoon.
The tennis- or padel lessons take place 5 times a week with top rated instructors. Most of them are former professional players on the Italian Tour and are certified by the Italian Tennis Federation. The lessons are in small groups of 1 to 3 players, customized to each student’s level, offering tactical, technical and physical training as needed. The course is fit for beginners and even advanced tennis players. The minimum age for this course is 14 years old and we recommend a minimum knowledge of the Italian language (A2). The teachers speak English for those who are not yet confident with Italian, if requested. •Die SchülerInnen sollen rasch mit der Sprache vertraut werden und sie sicher erlernen bzw. vertiefen. Vom ersten Tag an wird der Unterricht in Italienisch abgehalten. Sprachliche Unsicherheiten werden von Anfang an beseitigt und die gesprochene Sprache intensiv gefördert. Alle Grundfunktionen der italienischen Sprache bekommen volle Aufmerksamkeit – jedoch liegt der methodische Schwerpunkt auf der Konversation. Der Unterricht gestaltet sich in allen Stufen lebendig und lädt zur aktiven Mitarbeit ein. Rege Beteiligung am Unterrichtsgeschehen wird durch die Bildung von bewusst kleingehaltenen Gruppen mit durchschnittlich 5 – 6 und maximal 9 TeilnehmerInnen gewährleistet. Das Lehrmaterial ist abwechslungsreich gestaltet, wird permanent aktualisiert und spiegelt die globalen Trends und Entwicklungen kultureller und sozialer Art wider. Neben dem eigenen Kursbuch kommen zahlreiche Lernhilfen wie Zeitungsartikel, Literatur
• und Liedertexte, DVD und Internetbeiträge zum Einsatz. Es werden sowohl zeitgenössische als auch geschichtlich bedeutende Themen über die italienische Kultur, Gesellschaft und den Lebensstil behandelt.
