Winter Kids & Teen Programs

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

- If a course is cancelled between 15 and 29 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 6 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled between 8 and 14 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 2 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled less than 8 days and the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 12 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge Registration fee $175 USD Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Alle Stornierungen • es gibt keine Rückerstattung für die Registrierung, SEVIS oder FEDEX Gebühren.
• Die Schülerinnen wegen schlechter Besucherzahlen entlassen werden nicht Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.
• Schriftliche Mitteilung muss 7 Tage vor der Kündigungsfrist zugehen.
• Alle Absagen nach Beginn des Studienganges unterliegen einer Stornogebühr von $500.
