- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days and the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 4 week tuition
- 4 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee

BEDINGUNGEN DER EINTRAGUNG 1. Alle Kursgebühren müssen vor Kursbeginn vorliegen. Manchmal kann es dauern mehrere Tage auf das Geld zu kommen, wenn Sie es durch die Banken senden. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung sicherzustellen, dass es rechtzeitig ankommt. Alle Bankgebühren müssen von den Studenten bezahlt werden.
(2) Die Schule behält sich vor, Eintritt jedem Studenten zu verweigern oder zu jeder Student bei Fehlverhalten oder unbefriedigenden Besucherzahlen sowie ohne Erstattung der Gebühren zu entlassen.
