Intensivkurs

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 0 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

-Anzahlung von 250 € für jede Stornierung mehr als 30 Tage vor der Anreise.
-30 % (mindestens € 250) die Gesamtgebühr für Stornierungen 15 – 30 Tage vor der Anreise.
-50 % (mindestens € 250) die Gesamtgebühr für Stornierungen 7 – 14 Tage vor der Anreise.
-75 % (mindestens € 250) der die Gesamtgebühr für Stornierungen Freitag Mittag - 100 % der Gesamtgebühr für Stornierung bis spätestens Freitag Mittag * vor dem Kursbeginn Gebühren für die Unterkunft auch gelten.
