- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 14 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

(2) Ein Kurs ist definiert als den gesamten Zeitraum der Buchung (und enthalten eine Kombination aus
verschiedene Arten z.B. General Italian, Kultur, Wirtschaft...)
6. Volle Gebühren sollte 14 Tage vor Beginn des Kurses fällig sind. Wenn ein Student-Bücher ein
natürlich weniger als 14 Tage vor Beginn des Kurses, Gebühren sind sofort fällig.
