Student Information

•The school is in a newly renovated building with a 1000 sqm tropical garden. It has 4 indoor, bright and spacious classrooms, 3 bathrooms, a computer room with wifi, relaxing spots with hammocks and benches and a kitchen area. The school has a maximum number of 6 students per class and it´s located in a pleasant residential neighborhood. You will find a tropical envrinonment here, with typical vegetation and local flowers, a terrace (also used for classes) and a swimming pool, just 7 blocks from the beach. Restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, drugstores, bicycle shops and many other services are all nearby. All students have access to these services and facilities:

Terms: COINED Jaco Beach Spanish School

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- A cancellation fee of € 75 USD enrollment fee is not refunded and a fine of the 30% (thirty) of the total amount of the booking is charged applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

• All refunds have a 10% (ten) administrative surcharge of the total amount repaid and are done through the same method of payment used by the participant.
• Up to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. The USD 75 (seventy five American dollars) enrollment fee and any other amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. A USD 150 (a hundred and fifty American dollars) will be withheld.
