- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 10 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 80 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

-- If you cannot attend a group lesson on schedule, Mandarin Garden will not arrange for a make-up class.
-- You are required to inform Mandarin Garden in writing of any absences or changes at least one working day before your private lesson, if prior written notice is not received, one lesson will be deducted from your timetable, as if the lesson had been taught.
