KURS

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 15 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 60 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 60 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Der Kurspreis beinhaltet: Gebühren für den Einstufungstest; die kulturellen Aktivitäten; die Verwendung der Bücher, audio-visuelle Materialien, Internet-Zugang; das Zertifikat über die Teilnahme.
Der Gesamtpreis des Kurses beinhaltet nicht die Krankenversicherung und Eintritte in die Museen.
Eine Anzahlung von 60€ sollte bezahlt werden, einen Platz an der Schule zu reservieren, die von der gesamten Kurskosten einbehalten werden.
Bei Stornierungen wird die Anzahlung von 60€ nicht zurückerstattet
