- Bookings are not transferable.

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 9 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 9 and 1 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- registration fee
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Wir bedauern, dass wir erstatten kann nicht Geld im Falle einer Programm-Abtreibung verursacht durch eine unvorhergesehene Umstände, die nicht Verantwortung der Schule und die die Schüler auswirken und möglicherweise gezwungen, ihn zu unterbrechen oder einen Kurs vorzeitig zu beenden, wie Krankheit, Planänderung etc. für Kurse und Unterkünfte, die Dauer von weniger als 4 Wochen. Im Falle der Abtreibung von Programmen, die Dauer von 4 Wochen oder länger erstatten wir die Differenz abzüglich der Kosten für eine Woche das gleiche Programm wie in der gültigen Preisliste aufgeführt,
