Intensive group courses

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before course start: % refund

Im Falle einer Aufhebung der Teilnehmer entstehen folgenden Geldbussen berechnet auf die gesamte Beteiligung-Quote: ein) bis zu 30 Tagen nach Vorwarnung vom Anfang des Kurses: volle Erstattung außer Bank Aufwendungen und Anmeldegebühren.
b) Stornierung zwischen 29 und 15 Tage vor dem Beginn des Kurses: gut 50 % des Gesamtbetrages plus Registration Fee und Bank Kosten.
c) keine Erstattung für Stornierungen ab 14 Tage vor Beginn des Kurses
