Stornierungen
- Die Kündigung muss schriftlich mitzuteilen, die Schule von der Person, die den Kurs gebucht.
- Wo ist eine Stornierung 15 Tagen nach Anmeldung es werden überhaupt keine Erstattung.
- Gebühr für die Eintragung sind nicht erstattungsfähig.
- Unterkunft Buchungsgebühren werden nicht erstattet.
- Zur Verkürzung der Dauer des Kurses nach der Zahlung erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
- Sobald der Kurs begonnen hat, gibt es keine Erstattung für jede Stornierung.
- Nach ein Kurs begonnen hat, ist keine Rückerstattung für jede Unterkunft oder ein anderes Element gebucht.
- Keine Rückerstattung der Studiengebühren werden aus verspäteter Ankunft, vorzeitiger Abreise oder Abwesenheiten, aus irgendeinem Grund von Klassen während jeder Kurs gegeben.
- Wenn ein Schüler fehlt für eine oder mehrere Wochen hintereinander, können Vorkehrungen für die Dauer des Kurses ohne erweitert werden zusätzliche Kosten.
Rückerstattung
- Wenn ein Kurs abgesagt ist mehr als 30 Tage vor Kursbeginn: % Erstattung
Visa-Verweigerung
- Für den Fall, dass dem Teilnehmer ein Visum verweigert wird, berechnet die Schule 45 Euro und der Restbetrag werden dem Teilnehmer nach Erhalt eines original VISA-Verweigerung-Briefes zurückerstattet.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present terms determine the relations between LeoLingua and its students. They may be changed but only for the later registrations.
LEOLINGUA – TRAINING INSTITUTION
LeoLingua is a training institution registered number 82 69 12575 69. Any training course in French at LeoLingua is a language acquisition or advanced course for any student wanting to improve his knowledge of French language.
ORGANISATION OF COURSES :
The school is open all the year round except the last week in August and two weeks at Christmastime. Please note that the school will be closed for all the French public holidays. These dates are mentioned on the calendar published on our site. Each lesson includes 5 persons maximum and is not considered private as long as there are 2 persons.
REGISTRATION :
The preregistration is formalized by an application for registration filled in (and validated by our confirmation document) and the payment of an account. You can register on the Internet, by mail with the enrolment form you will find in the downloading tab of the site (a form you must date and sign) or directly at the school.
The registration will be finalized after all the tuition fees have been paid, on the first day of tuition at the latest.
Special case of « au pair students » : they must pay the first two months and the registration fees when they register, then they are allowed to pay their tuition fees every month with a month anticipation or to give the school all the checks covering the tuition.
LeoLingua does not allow students under 15 years old.
ADMISSION :
The students can ask to be allowed to begin classes at a different date from the monthly date indicated on the Internet site.
However, beginners and A1 levels will have to respect the monthly dates of courses. A student who cannot justify a previous French course of more than 50 hours will be considered as a beginner. Beside, the students who want to be accommodated cannot occupy their lodgings after their registration dates, with a 48 hours tolerance. However we recommended any student to follow the calendar of LeoLingua as far as possible. If these dates are not respected and bring about some logistic or educational complications, it will be the result of the student’s personal decision.
TUITION FEES :
The fees indicated for our programs are net prices and include:
- The tuition fees.
- The free disposal of the specific equipments.
They do not include the textbooks or the extra activities such as sightseeing trips or the costs of educational activities such as admission charges to museums, bus and underground tickets…
The file cost as well as the lodgings and pick up expenses will apply a specific fare.
MEANS OF PAYMENT :
You can pay in cash, or by check, international check made out in euros, or by credit card, or by bank transfer in euros on our account whose reference can be found in our informative documents (it will be necessary to send us a legible copy of the transfer order). Please note that possible bank changes on bank transfers or checks will be chargeable to you, that the use of the credit card entails a charge of 1% of the sum paid by this means of payment.
CANCELLATION AND REPORT, ABSENCE OR BREAK IN THE PROCESS OF A SESSION : In case of a cancellation of courses :
- Before the beginning of courses, if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the arrival date planned, we will fully refund you the account paid, except the registrations fees and the possible bank charges will be chargeable to you. If the cancellation is made 59 days or less before the arrival date planned, there will be no money refund, except in the case of a visa refusal justified by a certificate given by the consulate services (officially translated if necessary) which will entitle you to get a 50% refund of the account paid, except the registration fees, the possible bank charges being chargeable to you. In the case of an application for accommodation, if the cancellation takes place 15 days prior to the arrival date planned, the amount of a month rent will be deducted from the sum refunded.
- After the begining of courses, no reimbursement will be made except in case of a « major problem » (justified reasons) in which case the account paid will be reimbursed after deducting the cancellation and file expenses (that is to say 25% of the amount reimbursed, the bank charges being paid by you).
- No report of courses will be accepted except in case of a « major problem » (justified health reasons are indicated above.
- The registration is non-transferable to another student.
- In case of a major problem or if there are not enough persons in a course, LeoLingua reserves the right to suppress it.
POST TRAINING COURSE DIPLOMA :
A study certificate mentionning the title of the training course, the dates of its beginning and end and the level reached by the student is given on request at the end of the course.
This certificate includes a marks and attendance sheet.
INSURANCES :
The health accident insurances and civil liability are payable by the student who must take out a person insurance covering the risks inherent to the trip and stay. Information about the different kinds of insurances can be found at the school.
POINTS OF CONTENTION/COMPLAINTS :
The directors of the Institute is the only accepted authority in the decision of reimbursing or making up unattended courses. The student can however make a complaint at the direction. Any registration implies the acceptation of these general terms of sales. In case of a point of contention, the courts of Lyon only are competent.
According to article 27 of law 78.17 so called « Informatique et Liberté », the information given to us are necessary and can be used according to our needs. You have the right to examine or correct it by applying to the Direction of the Institute at the following address:
